Our Shakedown with New Jayco Expanda Van
Well, today we start a Shakedown trip to the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. I find this short trip necessary to find any bugs and faults that may arise on our Big trip following in 6 weeks to the Far North of Western Australia to the "Kimberley's"

Six You may be familiar with the "Expanda" This model is 16'5" Cabin Length, but it has two pull down beds, (1 is a King Size The Back One) The front is a Queen Size so the whole van inside is completely Living Area including Air Con, Gas Stove with one electric Hot Plate, in case we run out of gas Lol. A full length awning is also included, so hopefully we will have everything that we need.
The York Peninsula is the home of South Australia Cray fishing Industry, a very popular industry.
We enjoyed the trip, although it had to be a short one, However it was a
test trip The trip was wet and cold at this time of the year, but, that was GOOD. it tested our new Expanda van, it proved to GREAT so on the
20 th May we are off to a GREAT trip to the Kimberleys. WA
