•    In the event that you drain the fluid from the shock itself, then you’ll need to replenish it with fresh fluid that adheres to manufacturer’s supplier specifics
•    One the Coilover body is set aside; you will have to place the shaft end of the shock in the vise. This way you get to access the nut that locks your valve piston that is in need of removal.

As some of you may have attended the Red Bull X Fighter competition was a huge event here in Australia so of course we help a special tour to and from the event. It was a great turn out. My favorite Motocross rider of all time just came to visit Australia so our course I went to see him. Its too damn bad he couldn’t in the competition.
All too often you hear how a Motocross Champion had to hang up their gloves due to being injured in one way or another.It is amazing how some would rebound and do it all over again once recovered. What separates a Motocross athlete from other sportsmen or women would be their mental toughness.
Riding on the edge is what it is all about when involved in Motocross challenges. You may be declared a 100% physically fit to get back on the track. However, it would be the mental scars that haunt a rider and stand in his way of getting back in the saddle to face yet another challenge.

The best way to overcome this is to prepare one’s mind for the worse while expecting the best. It is not so much about denying that you got injured in the first place as it is about having a recovery plan in place so you can return to competition.
